It's awesome. What a delightful seasonal place with home made like ice cream. So glad for it to be in Novi nearby our residence.

Great service. Fast. The face on my girl when I handed her the peanut butter fudge cone was priceless. Nice seating area to consume the ice cream. Open late which is really convenient. Great waffle cone and ice cream.

My family and I love this small ice cream shop! The treat are great and the service is friendly and fast. When this store opens its always a great feeling knowing that warmer days are coming. We prefer this over the big name brand ice cream shops any day!

This a true Gem. I have lived in the area for over 10 years and Stuart's of Novi has yet to let me down. Their ice cream is delicious and the entire experience is really classic and enjoyable.

Very good variety. Wish they had more seating around the building. Shakes are ok, but they boys have really like the ice cream. Wife has enjoyed the sugar free options.

This store has got so many flavors and options to select from. Cookie monster is the best everyone should try. Staff is very friendly and they have some best flavors to try out.

4.5 stars? No way. Got a chili dog with no chili. Blended smoothie handmade and whole fruit. It tasted vile. Dog and drink 8 bucks. Not coming back.

Crowded in the summer! But the ice cream is worth the wait! You can make your ice cream customize to fit your personality, and there’s a huge variety of toppings and flavors!

Simply the most fantastic employees there are. The manager is excellent, and a great person. The ice cream is absolutely amazing. I fully recommend all of their flurries, they are extremely tastey. The Banana split is excellent. And their regular ucr cream and soft serve is astonishing. I love this place.

Almost every item on the menu is a hit here. Haven't tried everything, but every time we visit we order something new and we love it! Introduced our friends and family to this place and they love it too. It is our go-to icecream spot. It's a must visit for people in and around Novi

Love the non dairy option! It holds up well in a flurry and they have plenty of vegan toppings to choose from.

Best place for family ice cream time

The ice cream is delicious. Way better than any ice cream I have ever tried.

Great creamery. It seems the last couple years they've lowered the quality of this shop to put more money into the browndog chain. Still great custard but would like to see no food coloring and artificial flavors again.

Really big menu and great service. There are a lot of options so it's easy to get overwhelmed but take your time and taste flavors. The combos for hard scoop with dip and toppings are pretty good. Keep in mind for the soft serve, a small is still 4" tal over and above the cone! They also have options for dogs.

We concluded our perfect summer evening by enjoying ice cream at Stuart's. Staff was very friendly. Since it was our first time we were little confused in reading from their long list of menu but the lady at the counter helped us find the ice cream flavors we wanted. We ordered some of their flurries, some traditional flavors and a soft serve. All were delicious. Will visit them often.

Best local ice cream shop. I highly recommend trying apple pie filling, cheesecake and caramel for a perfect dessert! It's not on the menu so build your own. The owner is a nice guy and has made some changes since he bought the location. You can also order custard instead of soft serve if you really need a rich treat!

I've been coming here for my entire life. Since the days it was called Twist & Shake, Stuart's as its now called serves up your garden variety soft serve treat all of us have come to know as quintessential Americana on a hot summer day, and have in recent years expanded their menu to incorporate an inundating list of soft serve flavor enhancements, slushies, and sundaes, a strong addition to the welcomed classics. Dont forget to ask for "eyes" on your cone for your children, turning your ice cream treat into a familiar cartoonist character - I've been known to still get them myself, injecting much-needed nostalgia into a routine of insulin elevation. From yesteryear's banana split with all the trimmings to a chocolate covered waffle bowl of coffee flavored soft serve with strawberries to a blue raspberry iceberg slushie with lemon flavored soft serve, the infinitely customizable treats at Stuart's are a staple of the greater Novi area.

I LOVE this place! Best soft serve i’ve had ever in my life and being vegan for so many years, the dairy free one is officially my favorite ice cream besides store bought ones. Finally a place I can eat ice cream with others! Love the ambiance and the place! Got a vanilla soft serve with sprinkles! Great value! Highly recommend!!!

I LOVE this place. I bring my dog here all the time, since they are dog friendly, and she loves it because she gets ice cream AND lots of attention. And of course I love the ice cream too! Best flavor hands down is Monkey Business!And the people here are great too. I came in a few weeks back and tried to order a hot dog but it was after 7 and they were too busy so we just got ice cream. And they guy in the back felt bad and said I could have one on him next time I came. He didn't have to do that; their policy is no hot dogs after 7; I just didn't realize how late it was. Well I went back yesterday and sure enough he remembered, and even though it was late I got a hot dog on the house. I was having kind of a crummy day and it really made my night. This place is the best.

Because the ice cream Stuarts serves requires less sugar to make there ice cream and in my opinion taste much better so I would recommend this place to anyone

This place Serves very tasty ice cream. Place where you won't hesitate to go everyday on summer.Very Reasonable Price and they totally do Justice to the Ice Cream. Good Quality Topping like choco chip, Sprinkles unlike other Ice Cream Place.I had a very basic Vanilla & Chocolate Swirl ice cream on the Waffle cone and it was Really good.They Serve Frozen Yogurt, Frozen Custard , Softie, Flurries, Milkshakes. It's a very Nice place. I would love to go here..
